What To Expect
Ever had someone work for you and not get what you expected? We would like for you to know what to expect from our service.
You can expect... "us" to show up.
Meaning two things.
1) We do all of our work and will not subcontract to someone else and send them to your house.
2) We are very punctual. If anything is going to cause us to be late, we will call ahead of time to let you know. I know how annoying it is to expect someone and they not show up or show up late. While there is always a chance of scheduling errors or miscommunications we go to great lengths to always have our schedule in order and show up on time.
You can expect... a professional appearance.
We arrive and work out of a well lettered vehicle, so you do not have to guess who is at your door. There is no mystery to anyone as to who is servicing your house. On the same note we always work in uniform and try to maintain a professional appearance.
You can expect... respect of your house.
We know that if you hire a professional window cleaner then you take pride in your home. We will never wear muddy or even dirty shoes in your home. While working inside we move and put back any objects as needed to clean the glass. Proper tools and technique keep the water from soiling the carpet or walls. In simple terms "we come to clean not dirty".
You can expect... Workmanship.
One of the many benefits of having my own business is reason to take pride in my work. We use only professional equipment, and have the appropriate equipment for the job.
While Windows come in many shapes and styles, listed below is our service to basic windows.
1) Screens are removed, brushed, cleaned and re-emplaced.
2) Window frames are brushed in entirety. (We take down many a cobweb).
3) Glass is washed, including paint and debris removal.
4) Each widow frame and pane is detailed.

Inside or out, many of the light fixtures can be hard (near impossible) for a home owner to clean. We can clean those as well.
Cobwebs, cobwebs, cobwebs.
I am often asked to get rid of the cobwebs, and have proper tools for cobweb removal for one and two story houses.
Screened in Rooms
Various types of brushes, poles and solutions allow us to clean screened in areas.
Porches and Patios
We can blow off porches and patios. Most people find it hard (near impossible) to effectively clean off porches and patios without dirtying the windows. We can blow them off before cleaning the windows.
FOLLOW UP SERVICE
When we have finished servicing your house, we will leave a magnet with you so you can call us when needed. We put your information in our computer and after three months will
mail you a card to see if any type of service is needed. You are welcome to call at tht time or keep the post card as a reminder. This is our main follow up program which allows you to have your windows cleaned as frequently or infrequently as desired.
We can also set up prescheduled dates in which we will service on a regular basis.
